🔹 ประเภทของสินค้า | Types of Products

1. สินค้าพร้อมส่ง (Ready-to-Ship Products)

เป็นสินค้าที่มีอยู่ในสต็อกและสามารถจัดส่งได้ทันที

  • ระยะเวลาจัดส่งโดยประมาณ: 2–5 วันทำการ

  • ลูกค้าจะได้รับ เลขพัสดุ เพื่อติดตามสถานะการจัดส่ง

These products are in stock and ready to ship.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

2. สินค้าพรีออเดอร์ (Pre-Order Products)

เป็นสินค้าที่ต้องนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศหรือสั่งผ่านดีลเลอร์

  • ระยะเวลารอสินค้าโดยประมาณ: 15–60 วัน

  • ต้องชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน หรือวางมัดจำเพื่อยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ

  • ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี

These items are sourced from overseas or authorized dealers.

  • Estimated lead time: 15–60 days

  • Full payment or deposit is required to confirm the order.

  • No cancellation or refund is allowed under any circumstances.

❌ การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ | Order Cancellation

▪ คำสั่งซื้อสินค้าพร้อมส่ง (Ready-to-Ship Orders)

  • สามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง หลังจากชำระเงิน หากยังไม่จัดส่ง

  • หากเกินเวลา หรือสินค้าได้ถูกจัดส่งแล้ว จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours after payment, only if the order has not yet been shipped.
After this period or once shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

▪ คำสั่งซื้อสินค้าพรีออเดอร์ (Pre-Order Orders)

  • ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือขอคืนเงินได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ

  • กรุณาพิจารณาให้รอบคอบก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ

Pre-order cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed under any circumstances.
Please confirm your order carefully before placing it.
