🔄 นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน

Return & Refund Policy

1. เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า | Return Conditions

  • สินค้าต้องอยู่ใน สภาพสมบูรณ์, ไม่ผ่านการใช้งานหรือดัดแปลง และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม

  • ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งความประสงค์ในการคืนสินค้าภายใน 3 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า

  • สินค้าที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้ ได้แก่:

    • สินค้าสั่งพิเศษ

    • สินค้า Pre-order

    • สินค้าที่ใช้งานหรือผ่านการติดตั้งเกิน 1 วัน

Products must be unused, unmodified, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers must notify STEK tuning within 3 days of receiving the item.
Non-returnable items include special orders, pre-order products, and items used or installed for more than 1 day.

2. การขอคืนเงิน | Refund Conditions

  • หากการคืนเงินได้รับอนุมัติ ทางร้านจะดำเนินการคืนเงินผ่าน ช่องทางเดียวกับที่ลูกค้าใช้ชำระเงิน เช่น โอนเงินหรือบัตรเครดิต

  • การคืนเงินจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 3–7 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับสินค้าและตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยแล้ว

  • สินค้าที่เกิดความเสียหายจากความผิดของลูกค้า จะไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card).
Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds will not be granted for damage caused by the customer.

3. ค่าจัดส่งในการคืนสินค้า | Return Shipping Costs

  • หากลูกค้าคืนสินค้าด้วยเหตุผลส่วนตัว (เช่น ไม่ต้องการสินค้าแล้ว) ลูกค้าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืนเอง

  • หากเป็นความผิดของร้าน เช่น ส่งสินค้าผิดรุ่น หรือสินค้ามีตำหนิจากต้นทาง ทางร้านจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืนทั้งหมด

If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), STEK tuning will cover the return shipping in full.

4. ข้อสงวนสิทธิ์ | Reservation of Rights

STEK tuning ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการคืนสินค้าหรือคืนเงิน หากไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น

STEK tuning reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the stated conditions.
