นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้า | Shipping Policy

การจัดส่งทั่วประเทศไทย

STEK Tuning จัดส่งสินค้าทั่วประเทศไทยผ่านบริการขนส่งที่เชื่อถือได้ เช่น Kerry Express, Flash Express, EMS, DHL และผู้ให้บริการรายอื่น ๆ

ระยะเวลาการจัดส่งโดยประมาณ

  • สินค้าพร้อมส่ง: 2–5 วันทำการ

  • สินค้าพรีออเดอร์: 8–45 วัน (โดยทั่วไปสินค้าจะถึงหน้าบ้านลูกค้าภายใน 8–20 วัน ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทสินค้าและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ล่วงหน้า)

เมื่อสินค้าถูกจัดส่ง ลูกค้าจะได้รับ เลขพัสดุ (Tracking Number) เพื่อใช้ตรวจสอบสถานะการจัดส่งผ่านระบบของบริษัทขนส่งที่เลือกได้โดยตรง

การนัดรับสินค้า / การจัดส่งด่วน (Grab, Lalamove)
ลูกค้าสามารถเลือก นัดรับด้วยตนเอง หรือให้จัดส่งผ่านบริการ Grab / Lalamove ได้ โดย ลูกค้าเป็นผู้ออกค่าจัดส่งเอง

หากลูกค้า ไม่ได้รับสินค้า หรือ ได้รับล่าช้าเกินกำหนด กรุณาติดต่อ STEK Tuning ผ่านช่องทางที่ระบุ เพื่อให้ทีมงานช่วยตรวจสอบและดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างรวดเร็ว

Nationwide Delivery in Thailand

STEK Tuning ships orders across Thailand using trusted couriers such as Kerry Express, Flash Express, EMS, DHL, and other logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: 2–5 business days

  • Pre-order items: 8–45 days (most orders arrive within 8–20 days, depending on the product type and stated conditions)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package through the courier’s tracking system.

Pickup / Express Delivery via Grab or Lalamove
Customers may arrange self-pickup or on-demand delivery via Grab or Lalamove at their own expense.

If your package is delayed or not received, please contact STEK Tuning through the provided channels, and we will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
