การรับประกันทั่วไป
STEK Tuning จำหน่ายเฉพาะสินค้าของแท้จากผู้ผลิต/ตัวแทนจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการ สินค้าทุกชิ้นอยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขการรับประกันของผู้ผลิต (Manufacturer Limited Warranty) ครอบคลุมเฉพาะความบกพร่องจากวัสดุหรือกระบวนการผลิต ไม่ครอบคลุมการติดตั้งผิดวิธี การใช้งานผิดประเภท การดัดแปลง การแข่งรถ การละเลยบำรุงรักษา การสึกหรอตามปกติ หรือความเสียหายจากอุบัติเหตุ/แรงภายนอก
สำคัญที่สุด (ใช้กับสินค้าทุกแบรนด์/ทุกรายการ)
การรับประกันครอบคลุมเฉพาะผู้ซื้อรายแรก (Original Purchaser) และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ได้
สินค้าที่ติดตั้งบนยานพาหนะ: การรับประกันผูกกับหมายเลขตัวถัง (VIN) และเล่มทะเบียนรถของรถคันที่ติดตั้งโดยผู้ซื้อรายแรก
การยื่นเคลมต้องแสดง VIN, หลักฐานการติดตั้ง (รูป/วิดีโอ/ใบเสร็จ) และสำเนาเล่มทะเบียนที่มีชื่อผู้ครอบครองตรงกับผู้ซื้อรายแรก
การย้ายชิ้นส่วนไปติดตั้งกับรถคันอื่น หรือเปลี่ยนเล่มทะเบียนรถ ถือเป็นโมฆะ
ข้อยกเว้นเดียว: โอนรถคันเดิมจากบิดา/มารดา → บุตร โดยมีเอกสารโอนของกรมการขนส่งทางบก เอกสารยืนยันความสัมพันธ์ และเล่มทะเบียนที่แก้ไขเป็นชื่อบุตรเรียบร้อย
สินค้าแบบ Universal (ไม่ผูกกับรุ่นรถเฉพาะ): ยึดตาม “ผู้ซื้อรายแรก + หมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ”
ค่าแรงติดตั้ง/ถอด ค่าจัดส่ง และความเสียหายทางอ้อม/ต่อเนื่อง (Downtime, Loss of Income, รถทดแทน ฯลฯ) ไม่อยู่ในความคุ้มครอง เว้นแต่ผู้ผลิตระบุเป็นอย่างอื่น
การรับประกันของตัวรถ (Vehicle Warranty) ไม่ครอบคลุม
วงเงินชดเชยสูงสุดไม่เกิน “ราคาซื้อ” ของสินค้า
ข้อกำหนดของเหลว
(ของเหลวทั้งหมดต้องเป็น OEM-approved/certified ตามคู่มือรถและ/หรือสเปกผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วน)
น้ำยาหล่อเย็น (Radiator/Heater Core/Water-to-Air Intercooler/Charge Cooler/อุปกรณ์ Water-Cooling)
ต้องใช้น้ำยาหล่อเย็นที่ได้รับการรับรองจากผู้ผลิตรถ (OEM-approved/certified) ตามสเปกของยี่ห้อรถ เช่น
• VW/Audi: TL 774 (G12++/G13) • BMW/MINI: BMW spec (เช่น BMW LC-xx)
• Mercedes-Benz: MB 325.x • Porsche: ตาม TL 774/OEM approval
• Toyota: SLLC • Honda: Type 2
ห้ามใช้น้ำเปล่า/สารผสมนอกสเปก และห้ามผสมข้ามชนิด การฝ่าฝืนทำให้การรับประกันของชิ้นส่วนกลุ่มนี้เป็นโมฆะ
ต้องล้างระบบ/ไล่อากาศตามคู่มือ และเก็บหลักฐานชนิดน้ำยาที่ใช้ (ฉลาก/รูปถัง/ใบเสร็จ)
น้ำมันเครื่อง (สำหรับชิ้นส่วนที่พึ่งพาระบบหล่อลื่น เช่น เทอร์โบ ออยล์คูลเลอร์ ท่อ/กรอง/อุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวกับน้ำมันเครื่อง)
ต้องใช้น้ำมันเครื่องที่ผ่านการรับรองจากผู้ผลิตรถ (OEM-approved/certified) และมีความหนืด/เกรดบริการตามคู่มือรถ
ตัวอย่างมาตรฐานที่ผู้ผลิตอนุมัติ: VW/Audi 502 00/504 00/507 00, BMW Longlife (LL-01/LL-04/LL-12 FE/LL-17 FE+), Mercedes-Benz MB 229.3/229.5/229.51/229.52/229.71, Porsche A40/C30/C40 และตามคู่มือของ Toyota/Honda ฯลฯ
ห้ามใช้น้ำมันไม่มี OEM approval/ความหนืดผิดสเปก หรือผสมข้ามสูตรที่ไม่เข้ากัน การฝ่าฝืนอาจทำให้การรับประกันของชิ้นส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับระบบหล่อลื่นเป็นโมฆะ
ผู้ยื่นเคลมต้องแสดงหลักฐานแบรนด์/สเปก (ฉลาก/ใบเสร็จ/บันทึกการเปลี่ยนถ่าย) และประวัติการบำรุงรักษาตามระยะ
น้ำมันเบรก (สำหรับแม่ปั๊ม คาลิปเปอร์ สายอ่อน ABS/ESC และระบบไฮดรอลิกเบรก)
ต้องใช้น้ำมันเบรกที่ได้รับการรับรองจากผู้ผลิตรถ และตรงตามสเปกในคู่มือ (เช่น DOT 3/DOT 4/DOT 4 LV/DOT 5.1 ตามที่กำหนด)
ห้ามผสมเคมีต่างชนิด โดยเฉพาะห้ามใช้/ผสม DOT 5 (ซิลิโคน) กับ DOT 3/4/5.1 (ไกลคอล) เว้นแต่คู่มือระบุชัด
การใช้งานหนัก/สนาม ต้องยังคงอยู่ในกรอบสเปก OEM (หรือสูงกว่าโดยยังได้รับการอนุมัติ) และไม่ยกเว้นเงื่อนไข “มอเตอร์สปอร์ตไม่ครอบคลุม”
ต้องไล่อากาศ/เปลี่ยนถ่ายตามขั้นตอนและระยะที่กำหนด และเก็บหลักฐานยี่ห้อ/สเปก
น้ำมันเฟืองท้าย/ดิฟ (รวม LSD / e-diff / Torque Vectoring / Haldex)
ต้องใช้น้ำมันที่ OEM-approved/certified ตามสเปกในคู่มือรถ/ผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วน (เช่น VW/Audi G 052/G 055/G 060, BMW/MINI Hypoid/SAF ตามคู่มือ, Mercedes-Benz MB 235.xx, Porsche Approved, Toyota/Honda ตามคู่มือ)
ระบบ LSD: ใช้น้ำมันที่มี friction modifier/additive ตามที่กำหนดเท่านั้น ห้ามเติมสารนอกสเปก
Haldex (AWD Coupling): เป็นวงจรแยกจากเฟืองท้าย/เกียร์หลัก ต้องใช้น้ำมัน Haldex/AWD coupling ที่ผู้ผลิตอนุมัติ (OEM-approved/certified) ตามรหัสสเปกในคู่มือรถเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้/ผสม ATF หรือเกียร์ออยล์ทั่วไปแทน และให้เปลี่ยน/ทำความสะอาดไส้กรอง/สกรีนตามคู่มือ
ห้ามผสมข้ามสเปก/ความหนืด/ฐานน้ำมันที่ไม่อนุญาต การฝ่าฝืนอาจทำให้การรับประกันของคลัตช์แพ็ค/ซีล/แบริ่งเป็นโมฆะ
เปลี่ยนถ่ายตามระยะ/เงื่อนไขที่กำหนด และเก็บหลักฐานสเปก/ประวัติการเปลี่ยนถ่าย
น้ำมันเกียร์/ทรานส์เฟอร์เคส (AT/AMT/DCT/PDK/DSG/MTF/Transfer/SMG)
ต้องใช้น้ำมันที่ OEM-approved/certified และตรงตาม “รหัสสเปก” ของผู้ผลิตรถ โดยยึดคู่มือและข้อมูลผู้ผลิตเกียร์
• VW/Audi: G 052/G 055/G 060 (แต่ละเกียร์ใช้รหัสต่างกัน ให้ยึดคู่มือ)
• BMW/MINI: MTF-LT-2/LT-3/LT-5, ATF 2/3+ หรือที่ ZF/BMW อนุมัติ ตามรุ่นเกียร์
• Mercedes-Benz: MB 236.xx (ATF) / MB 235.xx (ทรานส์เฟอร์/ดิฟ) — รวม 7G-DCT/9G-DCT ตามสเปกที่กำหนด
• Porsche: PDK Fluid และ MTF/ATF ที่ Porsche Approved

ห้ามผสมสเปก/ยี่ห้อ โดยไม่มีการล้างระบบตามขั้นตอน OEM การใช้ของเหลวไม่ตรงสเปกทำให้ความเสียหายต่อคลัตช์ภายใน/ปั๊ม/โซลินอยด์/ซิงโครฯ ไม่อยู่ในความคุ้มครอง
ต้องตั้งระดับ/ไล่อากาศ/รีเซ็ตอะแดปทีฟ ตามขั้นตอน OEM/ผู้ผลิตเกียร์ และเก็บหลักฐานสเปก/บันทึกการบริการ
ข้อกำหนดเฉพาะ DSG / S tronic (VW/Audi: DQ200, DQ250, DQ381, DQ500, DL501 ฯลฯ)
ต้องใช้น้ำมันเกียร์ที่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากผู้ผลิต (OEM-approved/certified) และตรงตาม “รหัสสเปก” ของเกียร์รุ่นนั้น ๆ (ในกลุ่ม G 052/G 055/G 060 เป็นต้น แต่ละเกียร์ใช้รหัสต่างกัน ให้ยึดคู่มือ/ETKA/ELSA)
ห้ามผสมน้ำมันต่างสเปก/ต่างสูตร และห้ามใช้สลับกันระหว่างคลัตช์แห้ง (เช่น DQ200) กับคลัตช์เปียก (เช่น DQ250/DQ381/DQ500/DL501)
การเปลี่ยนถ่าย/ตั้งระดับต้องทำตามขั้นตอน OEM (อุณหภูมิ, overflow, การตั้งระดับรถ, เวลาเปิด-ปิดจุก)
หลังเปลี่ยนถ่ายต้องทำ Basic Settings/Adaptation ของคลัตช์/เมคาทรอนิกส์ ด้วยเครื่องมือที่เหมาะสม (ODIS/VCDS ฯลฯ) หากข้ามขั้นตอนอาจเกิดอาการสั่น/ลื่น และไม่อยู่ในความคุ้มครอง
เปลี่ยนไส้กรอง DSG/ซีล/แหวนรอง ตามที่กำหนดในแต่ละรุ่นเกียร์
DL501 (แนวยาว): ห้องน้ำมันเกียร์/เฟืองท้ายอาจแยกกัน ต้องใช้น้ำมันแต่ละระบบตามสเปก ห้ามปะปน
การปนเปื้อน/ตั้งระดับผิด/ใช้สเปกผิด (รวมถึงการล้างระบบด้วยเครื่องมือที่ไม่เป็นไปตาม OEM) ทำให้ความเสียหายต่อคลัตช์ ปั๊ม โซลินอยด์ เมคาทรอนิกส์ ไม่อยู่ในความคุ้มครอง
ผู้ยื่นเคลมต้องแสดงหลักฐานรหัสสเปกที่ใช้ (ฉลาก/ใบเสร็จ) ขั้นตอนการตั้งระดับ และหลักฐานการทำ Basic Settings/Adaptation
อุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ยานยนต์ (ECU/TCU/Coil Pack/เซ็นเซอร์/โมดูล/เมคาทรอนิกส์ ฯลฯ)
ไม่ครอบคลุม: ความเสียหายเชิงกายภาพ/รอยไหม้/คอนเนกเตอร์เสีย, การปนเปื้อนน้ำ/น้ำมัน/คูลแลนต์/ฝุ่นโลหะ, หนูกัด/รังมด, เดินสาย/ยึดไม่ถูกต้อง, ไฟฟ้าผิดสเปก/จั๊มพ์ผิด, ตัดต่อฮาร์เนส/Quick tap/บัดกรีไม่มาตรฐาน, จูน/แฟลชที่ผู้ผลิตไม่อนุมัติ, ใช้งานรุนแรงเกินสเปก, เปิดซีล/ซ่อมเอง
ข้อกำหนดการติดตั้ง: เดินสาย–ฟิวส์–กราวด์ตามคู่มือ, เว้นความร้อน/ความชื้น, ยึดรองรับแรงสั่นสะเทือน, ไม่ใช้อุปกรณ์ดัดแปลงที่ไม่รองรับ
ตัวอย่างเคลมได้ (Coil Pack): MIL โชว์/สะดุด มีโค้ด P0301–P0304 หรือ P0351–P0354 ต่อเนื่อง → สลับคอยล์แล้ว “โค้ดย้ายตามคอยล์” ขณะที่หัวเทียน/สายไฟ/ECU ปกติ (แนบรูปติดตั้ง, DTC + Freeze Frame/Live Data, ใบเสร็จ, VIN/เล่ม)
อะไหล่ OE / OEM
รับประกันเฉพาะความผิดพลาดจากโรงงาน (Manufacturing/Fabrication Defect) เท่านั้น ไม่ครอบคลุมการสึกหรอปกติ การติดตั้งผิด การใช้งานผิด อุบัติเหตุ/แรงภายนอก หรือความเสียหายต่อเนื่อง
ข้อกำหนด “ผู้ซื้อรายแรกเท่านั้น”, การผูกกับ VIN + เล่มทะเบียน และข้อยกเว้นกรณีโอนจากพ่อแม่ให้ลูก ใช้บังคับกับอะไหล่ OE/OEM เช่นเดียวกับสินค้าอื่น

• ต้องใช้น้ำมันที่ OEM-approved/certified และตรง “รหัสสเปก” ของผู้ผลิตรถ/ผู้ผลิตเกียร์เท่านั้น

STEK Tuning จะรับประกันเฉพาะสินค้าที่ซื้อจากตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือซื้อจาก STEK Tuning โดยตรงเท่านั้น
Warranty Policy (EN)
General
STEK Tuning sells only genuine products from official manufacturers/distributors. All items are covered by each manufacturer’s Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Exclusions include incorrect installation, misuse, modification, motorsport/track use, neglect, normal wear, accidents, or external forces.
Most important (applies to all brands/products)
Coverage applies to the Original Purchaser only and is non-transferable.
For vehicle-installed products, coverage is tied to the vehicle’s VIN and the Thai Blue Book of the vehicle on which the part was first installed by the Original Purchaser.
Claims must include the VIN, proof of installation (photos/video/invoice), and a copy of the Blue Book that matches the Original Purchaser.
Moving the part to another vehicle or another Blue Book voids coverage.
Sole exception: transfer of the same vehicle from parent → child, with official DLT transfer documents, proof of relationship, and an updated Blue Book.
Universal products (not tied to a specific vehicle): coverage = Original Purchaser + order number.
Labor, shipping, and incidental/consequential losses (downtime, loss of income, rental car, etc.) are excluded unless the manufacturer explicitly states otherwise.
The vehicle manufacturer’s warranty is not covered.
Liability is capped at the product’s purchase price.
Fluids requirements
(All fluids must be OEM-approved/certified per the owner’s manual and/or part-maker specification.)
Coolant (radiators / heater cores / water-to-air intercoolers & charge coolers / water-cooling parts)
Use OEM-approved/certified coolant per vehicle brand spec, e.g.:
• VW/Audi: TL 774 (G12++/G13) • BMW/MINI: BMW spec (e.g., BMW LC-xx)
• Mercedes-Benz: MB 325.x • Porsche: per TL 774/OEM approval
• Toyota: SLLC • Honda: Type 2
No plain water, no off-spec chemistry, and no cross-mixing. Violations void coverage for these items.
Flush and air-bleed per OEM procedure and keep proof (label/photos/receipt).
Engine oil (for lubrication-dependent parts: turbos, oil coolers, oil lines/filters, etc.)
Must be OEM-approved/certified with viscosity/service category as specified by the owner’s manual.
Examples of manufacturer approvals: VW/Audi 502 00 / 504 00 / 507 00, BMW Longlife (LL-01/LL-04/LL-12 FE/LL-17 FE+), Mercedes-Benz MB 229.3 / 229.5 / 229.51 / 229.52 / 229.71, Porsche A40/C30/C40, plus Toyota/Honda per manual.
Non-approved oil, wrong viscosity, or incompatible mixing may void coverage.
Claims must include proof of oil brand/spec (label/receipt/service record) and compliance with OEM service intervals.
Brake fluid (master cylinder, calipers, flex lines, ABS/ESC, hydraulic components)
Use OEM-approved/certified fluid that matches the manual (DOT 3 / DOT 4 / DOT 4 LV / DOT 5.1 as specified).
Do not mix incompatible chemistries; do not use/mix DOT 5 (silicone) with glycol-based DOT 3/4/5.1 unless explicitly stated by the OEM.
Track/spirited use must still comply with OEM spec; “no motorsport coverage” clauses remain in force.
Bleed/flush per OEM intervals and keep proof of brand/spec.
Final drive / differential (incl. LSD / e-diff / torque vectoring / Haldex)

LSD units: use the required friction modifier/additive only as specified; no off-spec additives.
Haldex (AWD coupling): a separate circuit from the main differential/gearbox. Use OEM-approved Haldex/AWD coupling fluid exactly to the spec code in the manual. Do not use/mix ATF or generic gear oil instead. Replace/clean any Haldex filter/screen as specified.
No mixing of specs/viscosities/base oils not permitted by the OEM. Violations may void coverage for clutch packs/seals/bearings.
Follow change intervals/conditions and keep proof of spec and service history.
Transmission fluids / transfer case (AT / AMT / DCT / PDK / DSG / MTF / Transfer / SMG)
Use OEM-approved/certified fluid that matches the exact OEM spec code, following the vehicle and gearbox maker documentation.
• VW/Audi: G 052 / G 055 / G 060 (gearbox-specific—follow the manual)
• BMW/MINI: MTF-LT-2/LT-3/LT-5, ATF 2/3+, or ZF/BMW-approved per gearbox

Do not mix specs/brands without a proper OEM flush. Non-approved fluids can damage clutch packs, pumps, solenoids, synchros—excluded from coverage.
Set level/bleed/reset adaptives exactly per OEM/gearbox-maker procedures and keep proof.
DSG / S tronic specifics (VW/Audi: DQ200, DQ250, DQ381, DQ500, DL501, etc.)
Use OEM-approved/certified fluid matching the exact spec code for that gearbox (VW/Audi G 052/G 055/G 060 families, etc.; each unit differs—follow manual/ETKA/ELSA).
Do not mix formulations, and do not interchange fluids between dry-clutch (e.g., DQ200) and wet-clutch (e.g., DQ250/DQ381/DQ500/DL501) units.
Perform drain/fill and level-setting strictly per OEM (temperature window, overflow method, vehicle leveling, plug timing).
After service, run Basic Settings/Adaptation for clutches/mechatronics using the proper diagnostic tool (ODIS/VCDS). Skipping this can cause shudder/slip and is not covered.
Replace DSG filter/seals/crush washers as specified.
DL501 (longitudinal): gearbox and final drive may be separate—use the correct fluids for each; do not cross-fill.
Contamination, incorrect level, wrong spec (including non-OEM machine flushes) are excluded.
Claims must include proof of spec code (label/receipt), level-setting steps, and evidence of completed Basic Settings/Adaptation.
Automotive electronics (ECU/TCU/Coil Pack/Sensors/Modules/Mechatronics, etc.)
Not covered: physical/burn/connector damage, fluid/metal-dust ingress, rodent/insect damage, poor routing/mounting, electrical faults/surges/jump-start errors, harness splices/quick taps/poor solder, unapproved tuning/flash, severe use beyond spec, opened/DIY repair.
Install requirement: wiring/fuse/ground per manual, keep away from heat/moisture, secure against vibration, no unsupported add-ons.
Example eligible (Coil Pack): MIL on/misfire with P0301–P0304 or P0351–P0354 → swap coils and the code follows the coil while plugs/wiring/ECU are OK (attach install photos, DTC + Freeze Frame/Live Data, receipts, VIN/Blue Book).
OE / OEM Parts
OE/OEM parts are warranted only for factory/manufacturing defects. Exclusions: normal wear, incorrect installation, misuse, accidents/external forces, incidental/consequential damages.
The Original Purchaser only, VIN + Blue Book linkage, and the parent→child exception apply the same as other products.
